Dr. Amani Politano is a vascular surgeon and assistant professor of surgery in the Division of Vascular Surgery in the OHSU School of Medicine.

She has authored or co-authored research papers on infectious disease from surgeries and the effects of health conditions on vascular surgery outcomes.

Dr. Amani Politano earned her M.D. degree from the University of Virginia School of Medicine. She completed her residency in general surgery at the University of Virginia and completed a post-doctoral research fellowship, an administrative fellowship and a vascular surgery fellowship at the University of Virginia.
