High-flying window washers will dress as comic book idols to entertain patients Friday, April 24

See a group of brave, squeegee-yielding caped-crusaders scale OHSU Doernbecher Children’s Hospital to release its windows from the evil grips of muck and put smiles on the faces of its patients.

Doernbecher patients and their families will be available for comment.

Window washing will begin at approximately 10 a.m.

DETAILS

An annual occurrence at OHSU Doernbecher, employees of Rose City Windows and More will dress as superheroes to add a bit of flair to their regular window washing routine. Patients inside the hospital will enjoy a welcome break from the realities of illness, as they wave, interact and cheer on their favorite crime-fighters and enjoy some good, CLEAN fun.

Note: In the event of inclement weather, window washing will be delayed to ensure worker safety. Notification of postponement will be provided, as necessary.
