U.S. Department of Education, Office of Civil Rights (OCR)

You also have the option to file a report with the Office of Civil Rights (OCR), which is within the U.S. Department of Education. OCR enforces several federal civil rights laws that prohibit discrimination in programs or activities, including those at OHSU, that receive federal funds from the Department of Education.
