Badges and Keys

ID Badges

If you have an OHSU log in, learn about acquiring a badge and the 2018 badge update here.

Except for patients and visitors of patients, everyone at OHSU is required to wear identification at all times.

Visitor badges can be obtained at Transportation & Parking Customer Service. OHSU ID Badges require a background check, online training and a form signed by a department's manager.

You may begin your trainings here. If you are performing paid services for OHSU, check in first with your hiring manager to ensure you are compensated during training time.

OHSU ID Medical Emergency Badges

For physicians with a current OHSU ID Badge. Contact us to see if you qualify.

Keys

If you'd like to request keys, please fill out a key request form. For any questions, please contact us.

If your department has ordered keys for you to use, you will be notified visa email or campus mail that your key(s) are ready to be picked up. Please bring your OHSU ID badge with you. We cannot allow the release of any key(s) without a current OHSU ID badge.
