The Avel Gordly Center for Healing
Established to meet the mental health needs of the African American community and to take away the shame associated with mental illness. Learn more

Provides services for improving the lives of individuals with disabilities or special health needs through leadership and effective partnerships with individuals, families, communities, and public and private agencies. Learn more
Complementary and Alternative Medicine
Provides information about nonconventional approaches to healing, beyond traditional medicine. Learn more
Intercultural Psychiatric Program
Provides outpatient care to historically under-served refugees and immigrants. Mental health counselors, who speak the same languages as our patients, work with program psychiatrists to treat adults, children and adolescents, particularly those affected by trauma. Learn more

A free Translational and Interpreter Department helping limited English-speaking patients and their families communicate with our providers and staff. Learn more

OHSU & Your County
Provides support to build partnerships that enhance community-based care, serving Oregon's most vulnerable citizens and provide access to health care education. Provides a comprehensive array of services to people living with HIV/AIDS, their families, and those at-risk. Learn more
Spiritual Support
Provides spiritual support to patients, their families and OHSU staff. Chaplains are available to provide spiritual guidance, prayer, emotional support and comfort. A prayer/meditation room is available in Doernbecher Children's Hospital, room 10301. Learn more
