Estimated expenses of attending the Oregon Health & Science University Physician Assistant Program are listed below. The tuition is determined each year. Please recognize that the following information is provided solely as an estimate to aid your financial planning and all expenses are subject to change. Expenses are shown in both per quarter amounts and the amount of expense for entire program (nine full quarters). Residents and non-residents pay the same tuition rate.

* All students are required to demonstrate proof of coverage with major medical and dental insurance at levels required by the University. A student may choose their own personal insurance plan as long as it is comparable in coverage to that offered by the University. + Entering students are required to have a laptop computer, Internet access and a cell phone. These estimated costs are included to qualify these expenses for financial aid purposes. Laptop & smartphone specifications are updated annually. Please check with the Program prior to any laptop purchases. Accreditation standards require PA Programs to notify prospective applicants of the program's refund policy. Tuition refunds may be granted in accordance with the following schedule. Notification of withdrawal or cancellation and requests for refund must be in writing and addressed to the registrar. An appeals process is available for students who believe that their circumstances warrant exceptions to the published policy. Financial AidAll potential applicants are encouraged to contact the OHSU Financial Aid office to review the process necessary to apply for financial aid. The FAFSA application process begins January 1. OHSU's preferred deadline for financial aid applications is March 1, therefore applicants should apply for FAFSA between January 1-March 1 whether or not they have been officially accepted to the program.
