The Neuroradiology section of Diagnostic Radiology offers a full range of state of the art computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) services for the neuroaxis including the brain, spinal cord, skull, orbits, sinuses, temporal bone, and neck of the adult and pediatric patient. Detailed anatomic and physiologic processes can be visualized including innovative modalities for stroke, tumors, vascular formations, and aneurysms. Imaging examinations are tailored to the specific diagnostic questions posed by the referring clinicians. Patients are imaged using state of the art equipment located at OHSU and CHH. All healthcare providers are certified by the American Board of Radiology, 3D reconstructionhave completed additional subspecialty fellowship training, and have acquired additional CAQ board certification in neuroradiology. Neuroradiology is an integral part of the diagnostic evaluation and collaborates with all OHSU clinical and medical teams including but not limited to neurosurgery, interventional neuroradiology, ENT surgery, orthopedic surgery, and vascular surgery. The neuroradiology section has also worked to develop and produce the annual Imaging Update in the Rose City meeting.
