Biosketch:

After working in a community setting for a few years I joined the staff at the Portland VA and have been practicing Hospital Medicine. I teach medical students, residents, and faculty and have joined the School of Medicine Colleges Program as a Portfolio Coach, helping medical students of the class of 2018 and 2019 to achieve academic success. Having been involved with the Clerkship since my arrival here, I have taken on the role as Clerkship Director in 2015 and look forward to participating in the major curricular changes underway at the School of Medicine. I enjoy spending time with my husband and son, playing music and sewing.
