Oregon Health & Science University seeks a Neuro-Oncologist for a joint program between the Departments of Neurology, Neurosurgery and the Knight Cancer Institute. This position requires neuro-oncology certification in addition to being Board Certified in the candidate's specialty.
Position duties include: management, treatment and follow up care of patients with brain tumors;participation in clinical trials;teaching medical students, residents, and fellows;inpatient attending rotations on the neuro-oncology service and shared night/weekend call. For mid-level or senior faculty with clinical trials experience the position may include a leadership role. This position includes the opportunity to develop a scholarly program in neuro-oncology research.
