OHS Holman Research Pathway resident, Joshua Walker, MD, PhD , is serving on the RT/IT Meeting Planning Committee for the 2017 Immunotherapy Workshop: Incorporating Radiation Oncology into Immunotherapy to be held June 15-16, 2017 @ the NIH Campus, Natcher Bldg, Bethesda, MD. It is very rare for a resident to serve on such a high profile meeting planning committee. Dr. Walker is a physician-scientist who has completed immunology-based  graduate doctoral thesis work from the OHSU MSTP. This meeting is co-sponsored by ASTRO, the NCI, and the SITC (Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer).
