Jerry J. Jaboin, MD, PhD has been elected to serve a 3-years term, by the OHSU School of Medicine faculty (Unit 6), to serve on the Committee-on-Committees (CoC). The CoC's charge is multi-fold: 1) to regulate and operate within the SOM bylaws as they relate to committee membership and structure, 2) promote and maintain diversity &balance of committee membership, 3) review current committee appointments and make recommendations for future committee assignments, 4) solicit suggestions for the names of other faculty members who are considered to be especially qualified to serve on specific committees and ad-hoc committees as needed by the Dean, and to 5) advise the Dean and consider all issues in strict confidence. Congratulations to Dr. Jaboin!
