Ms. Bridgett Sparkman was appointed a three year term on the AFSCME/OHSU Labor Management Committee (LMC).

The LMC was established as a part of the 2009-2012 collective bargaining agreement between OHSU and AFSCME, with the goal to create and sustain a positive work environment where employees and OHSU can excel. It consists of 12 members, six AFSCME-represented employees and six OHSU managers from each mission area, who are appointed through a comprehensive selection process.
