Drew Moghanaki, MD, MPH, director of clinical radiation oncology research at the Hunter Holmes McGuire VAMC, Richmond, VA and associate professor in the department of radiation oncology at the Medical College of Virginia was a visiting faculty in Sept 2016. Dr. Moghanaki presented on "Randomized Trials for Patients with Operable Stage 1 Non-small Cell Lung Cancer."

 

 

 

 

 

He met with the lung cancer screening research team and members of the Portland VAMC &Knight Cancer Inst. Thoracic Oncology Program. Dr. Moghanaki is the national study co-PI of the VALOR (Veterans Administration Lung Cancer Surgery Or stereotactic Radiotherapy trial (CSP #2005)
