Dr. Bleyer [St. Charles Health Systems] is sr. author on major SEER database update on breast cancer incidence patters over the past three and a half decades. The article titled “Incidence of breast cancer with distant involvement among women in the United States, 1976 to 2009” was published in the February 27th, 2013 (Vol. 309, No. 8, pp. 800-805) issue of JAMA (Journal of the American Medical Association) & has been widely cited in the media [New York Times], [The Chart Blogs], [Seattle Times].
