Kristina Young, MD, PhD was awarded the 1st Place Resident Award at the annual meeting of the Northwest Society of Colon & Rectal Surgeons, held in Snowbird, Utah. 

Dr. Young’s talk presentation titled “Improved Efficacy of Radiation in Combination with Immunotherapy in a Colorectal Cancer Mouse Model”, is based on her original, hypothesis-driven research as a Holman Research Pathway resident.
