The Society of Chairs of Academic Radiation Oncology Programs (SCAROP) Executive Committee, conducted a survey of self-reported burnout of department chairs within the specialty of radiation oncology.  

The Maslach Burnout Inventory-Human Services Survey (MBI-HSS) was used.  The results are published in the International Journal of Radiation Oncology, Biology, & Physics.
