Vascular and Endovascular Surgery
Our two-year Vascular and Endovascular Surgical Fellowship provides exceptional training for accomplished surgeons in the specialized field of Vascular and Endovascular Surgery. Our curriculum is designed within a framework of systematic training that provides the essential elements of specialty based knowledge, clinical judgment, technical and operative skills and professional skills and behavior, critical for success in either an academic environment or community practice setting. The objective of our program is to train vascular surgeons who will be able to work independently and to the standard of an attending or consultant surgeon.

Thank you for your interest in the Vascular Surgery Fellowship at OHSU. Two vascular fellows are chosen yearly in the match sponsored by the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP) .

Application Instructions
All applicants must register with the NRMP match to be considered. Applications and all supporting material should be entered on the Electronic Residency Application System (ERAS) sponsored by the AAMC. ERAS application requirements are as follows:
- 3 letters of recommendation
- Dean's letter (submitted by Medical Schools)
- USMLE transcript
- Medical school transcript
- Personal statement
- Photograph
- ABSITE transcripts
An initial review of every applicant will be made upon receipt of a complete application. Qualified candidates will receive an invitation to participate in one of our interview days.

We ask all candidates to arrive the evening prior to their interview for an informal dinner event with the current fellows and research residents. The interview day will begin with a brief overview of the program followed by attendance at one of our conferences. The remainder of the day will include candidate interviews by faculty members, luncheon with faculty and residents, and an optional tour of the facilities. The day will conclude between 1 and 2 p.m.
