Dr. Timothy Smith elected to international otolaryngology society

Timothy L. Smith, M.D., MPH, professor of otolaryngology, head and neck surgery, OHSU School of Medicine, has been elected to the Collegium Oto-Rhino-Laryngologicum Amicitiae Sacrum (CORLAS), a distinguished international society of clinician-scientists.

The Society is the highest honor for clinician-scientists in the field of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and has just 50 members from the United States. Dr. Smith, who is also chief of rhinology and sinus/skull base surgery at OHSU, is the first American rhinologist/sinus surgeon to be elected to CORLAS.
