Dr. John Saultz on the importance of depression screening in primary care

John Saultz, M.D., chair and professor of family medicine, OHSU School of Medicine, spoke with the Portland Business Journal about new depression screening recommendations developed by the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force.

"There's excellent evidence of lives saved," said Dr. Saultz. "We've been doing routine depression screening for several years in our practices."
