David Ellison, M.D. R '81, professor of medicine, OHSU School of Medicine, has been appointed by the NIH Center for Scientific Review as chairperson of the Kidney Molecular Biology and Genitourinary Organ Development Study Section. 

His term lasts from July 1, 2015, to June 30, 2016. Dr. Ellison is also director of the Oregon Clinical and Translational Research Institute, OHSU associate vice president for clinical and translational research, and a staff physician at the VA Portland Health Care System.
