Meetings with the Office for Student Access (OSA) are confidential.  Once a student is registered and deemed eligible for accommodations, the OSA works with the student and the Program Accommodation Liaison for the student's school or program to implement accommodations.  Information about student accommodations is shared with others (i.e. testing staff, faculty, clinical coordinators) on a "need to know" basis - typically with people directly involved with providing accommodations.  Disability documentation is housed in a confidential student file and does not become a part of the student's academic record; neither registration with OSA nor approval for accommodations is indicated in any way on a student's transcript or Dean's letter.
