Student Registration Information

Login to Student Information System

Student Information System (SIS) is a secure, interactive application, students may display grades, display unofficial transcripts, review charges and make payments online, review holds (if they exist), view personal information such as address, e-mail, etc., view and/or print your class schedule and register for classes.

Instructions: Click on the Student Information System.

New students should have received your User/Student ID and PIN via separate, secure e-mails. Once you have entered your current User ID and PIN, you will need to click on 'Student Services' then either 'Registration' or 'Student Services'. From there just click on any menu item and the next screen will list your new Student ID number which is also your new Student Information System Online User ID number. 

30 days prior to the start of your program, you will receive an OHSU network notification with information as to how to set up e-mail. At that point, you can log in to SIS with your network log in user name and password.

90 days after you graduate, your network log in will be inactivated and you will need to go back to using your student ID and PIN that you created to log in to the student information system.

If you forget your PIN number: Student Information System, (SIS) Online also asks you for a security question and answer so you can click on Forgot PIN? -- answer your question and reset your PIN. If you need to have your PIN reset, call the Helpdesk at 503 494-2222.

Please note: SIS website will be down nightly from midnight to 4:00 AM for scheduled maintenance
