Main lobby

The main entrance of Sam Jackson Hall brings you to the main lobby, located on the 2nd second floor of the building. At the entrance, you will find elevators and a cafe.

Directions to the building

As you drive up to Marquam Hill on S.W. Sam Jackson Park Road, Sam Jackson Hall is on the right side of the road across the street from the main entrance to OHSU Hospital  You pass under the main entrance of OHSU Hospital as you continue up the road towards the intersection with S.W. Veterans Hospital Road. After you pass a second overhead walkway, stay to the right to continue on S.W. Sam Jackson Park Road. Turn right towards the OHSU Auditorium, make a sharp right turn to pass by metered parking and continue to the roundabout at the bottom of the hill to the entrance of Sam Jackson Hall, which is on the left side of the roundabout.

Parking

We recommend you park in Physicians Pavilion which is located across the street of Pavilion Loop from Sam Jackson Hall. Free valet parking is available in Physicians Pavilion (see below).

Valet parking

Free valet parking is also available for patients, and for friends and family who are visiting patients who are in the hospital at the following locations:

Kohler Pavilion garage valet parking

Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

After parking, take the parking elevators to the 9th floor of Kohler Pavilion and follow the directions to OHSU Hospital. Walk out the main entrance of the hospital and cross the roundabout to Sam Jackson Hall. An information desk is available at the top of the Portland Aerial Tram along the way.

Physicians Pavilion garage valet parking

Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
After parking, take the parking elevators to the 1st floor of Physicians Pavilion and follow the directions to Sam Jackson Hall across Pavilion Loop. Information desks are available in the main lobby of Physicians Pavilion and Sam Jackson Hall along the way.
