Insurance Preauthorization

You may need an authorization or referral before you receive some healthcare services. Be sure that you confirm what is required by your insurance company before receiving any services. You could be responsible for all charges if you don't have proper authorization or referrals. 

If you need an authorization, we can help. Please contact the OHSU Multiple Sclerosis scheduling staff at 503 494-7772 Option 1.

If you do not have health insurance, OHSU Registration is available to help you at 503 494-8505. Other agencies may also be able to help you obtain some types of coverage. For more information:
