To be seen in the Rehabilitation Services TBI clinic, you need a referral from a physician. Our scheduling staff will contact you when your referral is processed. This referral is different from an insurance authorization (approval). If your insurance company requires an authorization, the provider's office referring you should get the authorization and provide us the information.
