Where is your clinic located?
We are located on the Legacy Mount Hood campus at 24988 S.E. Stark Street, Suite 140, Gresham, OR 97030.
Free parking is available in the west and east parking lots.
If I am seeing an OHSU provider and I need additional tests or procedures, will I need to go up to the hill to have these tests done?
No. Although we are an OHSU clinic, our goal is to keep our patients within their own community to have their care. Our schedulers will work with Legacy to schedule any additional services that you may need.
If my primary care provider is with Legacy and my hematology oncology doctor is with OHSU, will they be able to communicate with each other regarding my care?
Yes. We use an interface called "Care Everywhere" that allows providers from both organizations to be able to view test results and to review care notes.
If I am home and having symptoms and need to speak with my doctor, what should I do?
Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. our triage nurse is available to answer any clinical questions you may have. The triage nurse works closely with our doctors to determine the best course of action for your care. If a need arises after hours, we also have a physician on call, 24/7, 365-days-a-year to answer any questions you may have. To reach either, call 971 262-9500.
Are you open on the weekends?
Although we currently do not have a physician on staff seeing patients on the weekends, infusion services are available and open 365-days-a-year at our N.W. clinic (located on the Good Samaritan campus).
Please fill out the form below, and one of our friendly staff will be in touch with you shortly.
