Integrated Genomics

Comprehensive genomics services for research scientists and clinicians
The OHSU Knight Cancer Institute Integrated Genomics Shared Resource is one of several OHSU resources supported by the Institute's NCI Cancer Center Support Grant. The Integrated Genomics Laboratory is home to technology resources and services for genome-wide and targeted RNA and DNA analysis at OHSU. The laboratory consists of three advanced technology cores which together provide expertise and support from nucleic acid isolation and quality assessment through data generation on massively parallel sequencing, microarray, Sanger sequencing/fragment analysis capillary electrophoresis, and real-time PCR platforms. The core directors are available for consultations, grant development support, and education.
The Integrated Genomics Lab is located on the 5th floor of Richard Jones Hall on OHSU Marquam Hill campus.
