Surgeries at OHSU Casey Eye Institute are in the main Portland building on Marquam HIll (top of the tram). Our building is at the corner of SW Terwilliger and Campus Drive. Surgery is on the 6th floor. Parking is free for patients on floors 1-3 of our adjacent parking structure.

Surgery at OHSU Casey Eye Institute
Every year over 4,000 surgeries are performed in Casey Eye Institute's 4 operating rooms. Surgeries are scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 5 pm. We are staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to provide scheduled and emergency patient care. Approximately 98% of our patients go home on the day of their surgery, while 2% are admitted to OHSU Hospital.
We provide surgical care to all patient populations. This includes:
