We work with sponsors to explore data they have acquired in clinical trials using either existing or novel customized analyses. Uploaded quality-controlled data and processed and analyzed data are stored in an efficient, forward-thinking database to achieve flexibility in performing post-hoc analyses. We work with sponsors on research questions that will advance the scientific field, shorten clinical trial timelines, and enrich study populations with the appropriate subjects. 

We have several scientists directly within CRC, in addition to having several ongoing collaborations with research and clinical scientists at OHSU Casey Eye Institute. 

We have used this approach to study several endpoints: 

• Visualization of visual field and OCT overlays 
• OCT analysis of photoreceptors 
• Optical Coherence Tomography Angiography
