Feeding and Swallowing Disorders
At the Feeding Clinic, a part of the Child Development and Rehabilitation Center, we are dedicated to helping children who have difficulties with feeding or swallowing. These problems are often associated with medical conditions or developmental delays or disabilities including:
- Prematurity
- Cerebral palsy
- Congenital syndromes (i.e. Down Syndrome)
- Cleft lip and palate
- Congenital cardiac conditions
- Chronic lung disease/bronchopulmonary dysplasia
- Gastroesophageal reflux
- Failure to thrive
- Autism/pervasive developmental disorders
