The Department of Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery (Ear, Nose, and Throat) at OHSU is committed to deliver the best possible care to all of our patients, and to expand our knowledge through research and education. As a service to our patients, we offer a full range of medical care options, state-of-the-art technologies and expert doctors and staff.  As part of our commitment to the best care possible, we provide education to medical students, residents and fellows (doctors in training), and practicing physicians, and offer educational information and seminars to our patients as well.

Our specialists and physicians treat a wide variety of ear, nose, and throat-related disorders, such as hoarseness, hearing loss, sore throats, snoring and sinus problems, and cancer of the head and neck region.

Fall Voice 2018 Conference Success!

What a great conference. Fall Voice Seattle 2018 was a resounding success. Our Speech Language Pathologists presented 10 podium presentations out of 80 and 13 poster presentations –one of which won an award –Way to go Aaron! They also presented 1 pop up session  and 3 moderated sessions. When the Northwest Clinic for Voice and Swallowing goes to Fall Voice we really take it over!! Well done everyone –it was a great weekend and everyone worked so hard. No small thank you to Andrew and Rachel who held down the fort while everyone was away. Thank you so much! care services to specialty care clinics – as well as diagnostic imaging and a pharmacy – the facility is designed to meet most of your healthcare needs. Center for Health and Healing 2
OHSU is expanding in the South Waterfront and building two new buildings: Center for Health & Healing Building 2 and the Gary and Christine Rood Family Pavilion. CHH Building 2 will operate as a high-acuity ambulatory care facility specializing in highly complex outpatient surgery and invasive procedures. It will have extended stay capabilities where patients can recover up to 48 hours. Head and Neck will be moving to the 9th floor of CHH2 in Spring of 2019.
