Keri O Bennett, AuD, CCC-A
Keri completed her B.S. in Communicative Disorders from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2001 and went on to graduate from the University of Washington in 2006 as a Doctor in Audiology. In 2011, she completed a certificate in research investigation from the Oregon Health & Science University. She specializes in diagnostic audiology for both pediatric and adult patients.

Dr. Eggleston earned her Doctorate in Audiology from the University at Buffalo in 2010.  She earned her Bachelor of Science in Communicative Disorders and Sciences from the State University of New York at Geneseo in 2005.  She specializes in adult and pediatric diagnostic audiology, hearing aids, and cochlear implants.  Dr. Eggleston, along with the other members of the OHSU Cochlear Implant Team, present information about cochlear implants throughout the year to the Hearing Loss Association of Oregon, in addition to other local organizations.  She holds certification with the American Speech-Language Hearing-Association.

Jennifer received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Speech and Hearing Science from The University of Iowa in 2008. She obtained her Master of Arts Degree in Audiology from The University of Iowa in 2011 and graduated from The University of Iowa as a Doctor of Audiology in 2012. Jennifer specializes in diagnostic audiology for pediatric and adult patients, balance assessments, and working with adult and pediatric patients with hearing aids and cochlear implants.

Amy received her M.A. in Audiology from Western Washington University in 1993. She graduated from Arizona Health and Science University with a Doctor of Audiology in 2006. Amy specializes in diagnostic audiology for both pediatric and adult patients and also works with the hearing aid program at OHSU.

Carrie Lakin, AuD, CCC-A

Carrie received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Willamette University in 2002.  She graduated from San Diego State/University of California-San Diego as a Doctor of Audiology in 2008.  Carrie specializes in diagnostic audiology for both pediatrics and adults, balance assessment, and working with adult hearing aid and cochlear implant patients.

Jennifer Lane has enjoyed helping people hear better at OHSU since 2003.  Dr. Lane received her M.S in Audiology from San Francisco State University in 2001, and her Audiology doctorate from University of Florida in 2006.  She specializes in pediatric and adult diagnostic audiology, as well as pediatric and adult hearing aid fittings.  Jennifer is a member of the audiology student externship panel and is a preceptor to incoming students. 

Jessica L Middaugh, AuD, FAAA

Dr. Middaugh received her Bachelor of Science degree in hearing, speech, and language sciences from Ohio University in 2010.  She graduated from Ohio State University as a Doctor of Audiology in 2014.  She joined OHSU in 2013 as a fellow in the Leadership and Education in Neurodevelopmental and related Disabilities (LEND) program.  Dr. Middaugh specializes in pediatric and adult diagnostic audiology, as well as pediatric and adult cochlear implants and hearing aids.  Her research and clinical interests include audiologic outcomes in patients with developmental disabilities.

Dr. Paldi received her Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders & Sciences from the University of Oregon in 2003 and her Master of Arts in Speech and Hearing Sciences from Washington State University in 2008.  She graduated from the University of Florida as a Doctor of Audiology in 2008.  Dr. Paldi specializes in diagnostics and hearing aids for both pediatric and adult patients here at OHSU.
