Your Patient-Centered Primary Care Home
OHSU Family Medicine at Richmond is part of the OHSU School of Medicine's Department of Family Medicine, one of the nation's most highly rated Family Medicine departments. We are a Federally Qualified Health Center, also known as a Community Health Center.
This means
- We welcome and treat all SE Portland residents, regardless of their ability to pay, insurance, income, language, or background.
- We welcome Medicaid and Medicare patients, and all others, and offer sliding fee discounts to patients based on income and family size.
- We provide care for you and your whole family, from pre-birth to old age.
- We have a governing board comprising patients we serve and other community members.

Advocate for your local health centers!
Our voices as health center advocates are incredibly
impactful, and so is your influence on your friends, family, colleagues, and
community members. Use your voice to spread the word about the importance of
advocacy and bring more and more individuals into the Health Center Movement.
Health centers across the country are still facing a 70 percent funding cliff. It is critical that every health center board member, employee, patient, and supporter spreads the word. We must continue to demand that Congress acts to fix the health center funding cliff. Show your support for health centers on social media. Use the tools and images below to make the case for health centers on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Here's what you can do:
