LAB RESULTS FOR HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS WITH EPIC ACCESS
Consult EPICare. All test results are entered into the system on completion. HIV test results are not available via telephone. If expected results are not available, contact Lab Central at 503 494-7383.
OTHER HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS
Patients may request verbal lab results reports in certain circumstances pre-approved by the laboratory medical director. All other patient requests for test results are referred to Health Information Services at 503 494-6288.

DISTRIBUTION OF REPORTS
Completed outpatient results and outside consultations are either printed to the clinics, faxed or mailed from Lab Central and Surgical Pathology.
Requests for special reports or distribution can be made by calling 503 494-7838 or 503 494-6775 for information concerning Surgical Pathology reports.
