Kerry Moore, PharmD.
PGY2 Critical Care Pharmacy Resident

Dr. Moore is originally from central Pennsylvania. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh in 2013, as well as her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 2017. She completed her PGY-1 Pharmacy Residents at OHSU in 2018. Her professional interests include critical care and anticoagulation challenges, emergency management of arrhythmias, and the intensive care of immunosuppressed patients. Her major research is evaluating hematoma expansion in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage who have received four factor prothrombin complex concentrate and were previously anticoagulated on either warfarin or a non-vitamin K antagonist. Outside of residency, she enjoys hiking, attempting to improve her Pilates practice, and exploring Oregon's beautiful pinot noir vineyards.
