2018 Volunteer Appreciation Event Success

In honor of National Volunteer Appreciation Week, active volunteers with Healthcare Volunteer Services (HCVS) and the Office of Visitors & Volunteers (OVV) were invited to celebrate and recognize their contributions to the vital missions of OHSU over ice cream! 

HCVS & OVV used the opportunity to recognize exceptional volunteers in each of their program areas. Per annual tradition, the OVV recognized three Outstanding Volunteers, and one Outstanding Mentor:

• Outstanding Demonstrated Growth: Jennifer Jensen, ADHD Lab
• Outstanding Commitment to Service: Colleen Gilroy, Matter of Balance
• Outstanding Teamwork: Emma Ferns, ADHD Lab
• Outstanding Mentor: Randy Woltjer, MD, PhD, Department of Pathology
