Education & Training for Mentors and Mentees
OCTRI and the School of Medicine Office of the Dean have partnered on a multi-year initiative to enhance faculty vitality by providing events and resources to support the ongoing professional development of our faculty.
The Mentoring Program web site serves as a centralized resource for mentees and mentors at every stage. Whether you are just getting started or are looking for ways to get more out of the mentoring relationship, you will find learning opportunities and resources to help you on your way. The web site has tools to enhance your mentoring experience -- whether you are a mentor or mentee in an educational or research setting.
Go to the Mentoring Program web site.
We encourage mentors to further develop their skills through the The University of Wisconsin Institute for Clinical and Translational Research training curricula. In addition to a training program for research mentors in clinical and translational science, there is wealth of resources for mentors and mentees.
