Each year, OCTRI awards pilot project funding to exceptional clinical and translational research projects and works with strategic partners to leverage these resources across OHSU.
Biomedical Innovation Program Awardees
The Biomedical Innovation Program (BIP) is designed to accelerate the movement of healthcare technologies from academia to the marketplace. In 2019, OCTRI will fund collaborative, innovative pilot projects that address significant health problems. The BIP is a partnership between OCTRI and the OHSU Office of Technology Transfer & Business Development (TTBD), and receives additional funding from GE Healthcare, Welch-Allyn, and the OHSU Foundation.
