Samples may be mailed to the address below, or dropped off directly. For more information or further advice on how to handle, process, and transport your samples, Contact Us. Please include a list of sample IDs with your samples.

We will send you a notification when your results are complete. Once they are available, you can access your analyzed results remotely by going to View Your Data.
